​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want you to love your storage solution — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, and it has not yet been installed, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges
Need a replacement or a different size? We’ll happily exchange your item within the same 30-day window. Contact us, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Return Process

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a return at no cost to you.
